Warranty Policy

1. Laptop comes with 2 Years Local Seller Warranty by CR Group

2. Miscellaneous items included in the packaging does not cover for warranty.

3. The warranty period starts from the date of PURCHASE.

4. All items MUST be in its original packaging

5. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alternation, nor does it cover the water or physical damage.

6. Customer MUST inform seller if there is any fault with the laptop. Do note that customer service operates from 11am to 8pm daily.

7. Customer MUST head down to our service centre to check if the laptop is faulty for our technicians to assess the damage

8. We will NOT accept change of mind, not up to user expectations and wrong adapter as reason for refund

9. For any returns and refunds of laptops, customer MUST come down to our service centre for our technicians to evaluate the condition of the laptop. (No external damage/scratches)

10. Requests for early delivery must be made before 2pm. Request may be denied if the seller deemed that your address is too far for the delivery made before a certain timing. You may request for an alternative delivery address if need be.

11. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any data from their laptop/CPU before servicing. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data or files.
